In the last decade we can happily state that Vinyl has definitely returned on stage, many productions are now available as limited edition ready to be played only on a turntable. Many artists and producers are also re-evaluating the classic of the 70s / 80s Audio Tape also known as magnetic tape cassette. The audio cassette was developed in 1962 by the Dutch engineer Lou Ottens and the related patent was registered in 1963 by Philips as a Compact Cassette.

Liverpool based Italian Synthwave and electronic music producer Gangalistics (Gabriele Ganga) who just right after his new video-single “Crystal Bay”, presents now his first Tape in full 80s mood. The Cassette is already available in Pre-order and will contain twelve (12) tracks including four unreleased, exclusively composed for this “super” limited edition of 50 copies (numbered). In the magnetic tape there is also a QR code to download the entire content on HQ Mp3.

Gangalistics’ tape offers 45 minutes of synthwave, outrun, dreamwave and Synthpop music that recalls those retro-future sounds and atmospheres inspired by video-games, TV series and cult cinematography from the 80s still known and appreciated today.
